At Training Health, we take your recovery past where traditional PT usually stops. Of course our physical therapy treatment focuses on resolving your pain during your daily life, but we make sure our treatment gets you back in the gym, fitness class, or race feeling confident, strong, and prepared. Dr. Emily Thoes, PT, DPT specializes in movement analysis and progressive resistance training. During each one-on-one session, she focuses on assessing your pain to find the root cause and slowly building your resilency and strength so you can get back to the sports and activities you love, not just your daily routine.

Sessions are located inside Diesel Fitness where Dr. Emily can utilize gym equipment to load and progress your exercises.
